The Marketing Officer (H/F) is a motivated, creative person with an excellent analytical mindset. You implement the projects in the communication plan and organise physical and digital events, to manage communication linked to marketing campaigns. You can also design physical (brochures) or digital (social media, web, …) promotional support for solutions the company proposes. Moreover, you will actively participate in improving various internal processes to enrich the proposed marketing actions.

Main responsibilities

  • Precise and clear understanding of the solutions sold by the company
  • Implementation of the marketing and communication plan in collaboration with the head of marketing and the sales team
  • Creation of marketing and communication supports (printed and/or virtually)
  • Collection and management of data for communication campaigns
  • Coordination with external service providers in the creation of new promotional tools
  • Organise, plan and set up promotional events of the company (physical and/or digital)
  • Manage Business team participation in fairs and exhibitions in Belgium and Europe
  • Management of the company’s social media and website
  • Proactive approach in working with the Business Development department and efficient collaboration with the other teams

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Masters in marketing and communication with technology and financial backgrounds
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in communication or marketing are a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of French and English, both orally and in writing. Knowledge of Dutch and other languages is a plus
  • Easy understanding of software solutions
  • Creativity and autonomy with oral presentation skills
  • Good knowledge of Office 365, Adobe tools
  • Good understanding of the communication management process
  • Ready to travel in Europe
